At Sweetwise, we aim to get your freeze-dried sweets to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping and returns policy below for important information.
Dispatch & Delivery
We dispatch orders within 2 working days. All packages are shipped via An Post with tracking. Please note that delivery is not available on weekends or bank holidays.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only ship to the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland.
Returns & Refunds
Your package will be dispatched at your own risk. We take special care to protect fragile items. If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify both the courier and us immediately. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
